The ProVac hydraulic ejector is patented and can readily replace the mechanical ejector in traditional dies.
This innovative ejector is a miniaturised hydraulic cylinder.
The smallest external diameter is 10mm for an ejector-tip diameter of 1mm.
Different ejector diameters are available for different working strokes.
These miniature hydraulic cylinders are not only used in injection moulding: VDS has much experience with them in other applications.
Lack of space is always a major concern. This ejector takes up much less room than commercially available hydraulic cylinders, and can be used where there is no room at all for these.

ProVac Hydraulic Ejectors with special working strokes
It is simple and easy to mount a ProVac® Hydraulic Ejector. All that is needed is to drill a hole in the plate (H7 tolerance), and two other holes for the inlet and outlet hoses. The ProVac Hydraulic Ejector works with oil under pressure, 80 bar being enough to operate the ejector. However we recommend using the hydraulic system of the injection machine, up to a maximum of 160 bar oil pressure.
