ProVac® – HYDRAULIC  EJECTORS

The ProVac hydraulic ejector is patented and can readily replace the mechanical ejector in traditional dies.

This innovative ejector is a miniaturised hydraulic cylinder.
The smallest external diameter is 10mm for an ejector-tip diameter of 1mm. 
Different ejector diameters are available for different working strokes.   
These miniature hydraulic cylinders are not only used in injection moulding: VDS has much experience with them in other applications.      
Lack of space is always a major concern.  This ejector takes up much less room than commercially available hydraulic cylinders, and can be used where there is no room at all for these.

Benefits of using ProVac®- Hydraulic Ejectors:

• The standard ejection mechanism is completely eliminated
• Mould plates are perfectly aligned
• Reduced thickness of movable injection mould
• Reduced external dimensions of injection moulds
• Elimination of  elastoplastic deformation of the movable mould    
• Ejector can be located in the fixed half of the die
• Ejector working stroke can be adjusted (see arrow in the image)
• Possible to use smaller moulding injection machines
• The total mould weight reduced by approx. 30 %
